By purchasing the Ezae Elite membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Annual Membership

Ezae Elite memberships are billed at USD $299 per year and provide immediate access to digital educational content, resources, and member features.

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, all membership fees are non-refundable. Once your payment has been successfully processed and access has been provided, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Accidental purchase
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Dissatisfaction after accessing the content
• Personal or financial circumstances

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew annually at the then-current subscription price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue, please contact Ezae before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to Ezae's digital content may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is being reviewed.

Ezae reserves the right to provide evidence to payment processors demonstrating that access to the purchased digital services was granted, including account activity, login records, acceptance of our Terms of Service, and purchase confirmations.

No Resale

Memberships are licensed to the original purchaser only.

You may not:

• Resell your membership.
• Share or transfer your account.
• Redistribute, reproduce, record, copy, or commercially exploit any Ezae content.
• Upload or publish Ezae materials on any website, platform, or file-sharing service.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and may lead to further legal action where appropriate.

Fraud Prevention

Ezae reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity, payment fraud, unauthorised access, or abuse of the platform.
